Spacious room, friendly staff, the location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions with easy access to local sights and free parking.

It was a good small and pretty standard hotel in a downtown area, close enough to the main restaurant as well as the centre of the city. The staff was flexible, the food was outstanding at reasonable prices. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the English bar. The total experience was nice, I recommend.

The location was excellent, not too far away from Muscat Grand Mall. The unit we got was good sizedwith free wi-fi and tea and coffee.

The hotel features spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I appreciated the quick room service and the decent buffet breakfast options, especially the grilled fish that was particularly flavorful. The hotel is quite dated, which impacts the aesthetics, and the food prices felt a bit steep at times. There were some hiccups with communication from the staff, leading to delays during check-in.

I liked the people they were nice and friendly. Also I enjoyed sightseeing - and the beach was beautiful

Prehaps some information for tourists about different day tours or recommended things to do.

The hotel stay gave me value for money. over all experience was good. some suggestions: pl. change the corridor carpet. Room's interior needs some improv ements, specially the ceiling and the tv location.rgds.

Great Staff and Clean Rooms

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious Standard Queen Room that was impeccably clean. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided efficient service. The WiFi was somewhat unreliable was nice.

Efficient staff, clean, everything in place

none really on the hotel. It's location requires a taxi to move to the centre of the city, which is in fact some 20 km away, but it's a 10 min journey that will cost you 10 euros

Excellent facilities, very clean, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, large outdoor swimming pool with shade, even had a good night club, value for money hotel.

Unfortunately the internet connection was very slow, and hotel is located a fair distance from Muscat centre.

The rude treatment I received at the reception was unacceptable. I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but when I arrived, I was told that the room I reserved was actually a smoking room.

The food was good.

When we arrived the refridgerator had quantities of used food in it. Open tin of tuna, some bread, bits of cheese etc. We had difficulty finding the hotel, even though we were in the next street. We passed the hotel and didnt see any sign.

The spacious queen room was very clean. Staff was great, providing quick service. The location allowed easy access to local attractions. WiFi was fast and reliable, a huge plus. It was a pleasant stay 😊

refurbished , ex-Holiday Inn. rooms now of a great standard, stayed on top floor. large swimming pool and 2 bars in hotle which are missing from similarly priced hotels. easy movement via taxi station stationed at hotel.

The rooms were clean & facilities & food were fine - only problem was location if you did not have your own then getting around Muscat would have been a problem
